This notice covers the BetterBuilt website, its account features and communications you send to us.
1. Who operates this website
MAXIM KOSTIN PR NOVI SAD operates BetterBuilt, at Mite Ruzica 2, 21101 Novi Sad, Serbia. Contact contact@betterbuilt.games about your personal information.
2. Information and purposes
When you visit, our hosting infrastructure processes network and request information, such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request timing, to deliver and protect the site. Operational logs and error diagnostics help us investigate failures and abuse.
If you choose Google sign-in, we receive your Google account identifier, name, email address, email verification status and profile image where provided. We store account linkage and authentication information, including provider tokens in encrypted form, to sign you in and maintain your account. Session records can include IP address, browser information and expiry timestamps. Rate-limit records help prevent misuse.
Account features associate product entitlements, project identifiers and names, device activation identifiers and activity timestamps with the relevant account when those records exist. We use them to display and manage authorized access. Public checkout, downloads and plugin activation support are not available yet; viewing the site or signing in does not create a purchase.
If you email us, we receive your address and whatever information you include, such as your question or order reference, to respond and handle your request. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or private license keys.
3. Cookies and browser storage
Sign-in uses essential authentication and session cookies with the BetterBuilt cookie prefix. Blocking them can prevent sign-in. Sessions are configured for a 30-day validity period and may be renewed during use; that is not a promise that all related database records are deleted after 30 days.
The documentation stores your selected light or dark theme in your browser under betterbuilt-docs-theme. You can remove it using your browser’s site-data controls. The website application does not include advertising trackers or third-party video embeds; its product media is served as site assets.
4. Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the website and its account database and provides request handling and operational logging. Google provides the optional sign-in service. Email communications pass through the mail services used to send and receive them. These providers process information as part of delivering their services.
For a future order processed by Lemon Squeezy, Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and handles checkout and payment information. The integration is designed to receive order, customer and license references and transaction status for fulfillment. Public commerce remains disabled.
Providers operate internationally; processing is not necessarily confined to Serbia or your country. Their own notices describe their services: Cloudflare privacy policy, Google privacy policy and Lemon Squeezy privacy policy.
5. Retention and your requests
Account records persist beyond an individual session. Signing out or clearing browser storage does not delete your account. This notice does not specify a fixed deletion period for account, support or operational records; retention depends on the record, the service involved and applicable obligations.
Email contact@betterbuilt.games to request access, correction, export or deletion of your information, or to raise an objection or privacy concern. We may need information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. Requests are handled through contact with us; the site does not currently offer a self-service export or deletion tool. Applicable legal requirements and rights of others can affect what may be deleted or disclosed.
Your rights depend on applicable law. Nothing in this notice limits rights to complain to a competent data-protection authority or seek another available remedy.
6. Changes and contact
